Effective Business Analysis is a three-day course focused on the different challenges and approaches business analysts must employ in documenting business requirements effectively and efficiently. Learners will discover concepts, tools and ways to rapidly understand existing business processes and technologies as well as skills in understanding root-causes of business problems in order to facilitate design efforts in delivering a quality product to the customer. The workshop is interactive and participants may apply techniques presented through scenario analysis, role playing, case studies, discussion, and other experiential techniques.
The student will earn 24 hours of instruction on concepts presented which are consistent with the International Institute of Business Analysis' (IIBA) BABOK® and the Project Management Institute's PMBOK® Guide and can be applied to the educational requirements of both the CBAP® and the PMP® exams, bringing together the interdependencies of the Business Analyst and Project Manager. This course ties it all together.
